How to cancel an order
If you choose to cancel an order that you have not yet received, please contact our customer service team to inform one of our colleagues whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please have your order number to hand.
How can I return a product
An unwanted product purchased on our online store can be returned for a full refund within 21 days of delivery as long as it’s still in its original, unopened packaging. This returns policy for unopened goods is in addition to your statutory rights.
Please contact the Tech Charge customer service team to obtain the relevant returns address. Return postage is paid by the customer.
For purchases made in a store, please return the product to the relevant retailer to receive your refund. Please note that returns can only be accepted with proof of purchase. Retailer specific terms and conditions apply.
Warranty claims
If your product develops a fault within the warranty period please contact our customer service team who will be able to support with troubleshooting and getting you charging again. Please have your proof of purchase to hand and share this with the team who will provide a returns address to send the products to for inspection by our team. Once received our team will test your product and once processed and deemed faulty we will despatch a replacement to you. Please note that the warranty period starts from the time of purchase.
