Returning a faulty product
If a fault occurs within the 2 year warranty period (which commences from the time of purchase) we shall repair, replace or refund the product. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
